Well I don't know why this DVD it's not in the shop's in the UK so I got it through Amazon. I do like this one better then All You Need Is Cash I just enjoy the story & the footage of them from the eras they did.

Ya know, I also bought this from Amazon (couldn't find it in store in the U.S. either...but I didn't look too hard). I have only watched it one time. It was missing something that the first movie has. I don't know what though....it just wasn't as funny (to me anyway) as the original film.

It's a shame that this was released. It could have been so much better. It was made 5 or 6 years ago, and I was excited about its release. Such a shame.

Should of haad better special features like the video to Shangri-La etc & interviews with The Rutles

It should also have had more on the issues regarding ownership of the music and how the Beatles (and Michael Jackson?) get royalties from it.
Maybe a comment from Rob Reiner? Did it influence Spinal Tap at all?

Did you know there's a hidden Easter Egg on the DVD? On the Special Features page just keep pressing down until Barry's legs go yellow in here you will find a short interview with some Rutle Groupies

I saw an interview with the guy who played Barry, he said that he found the sequel embarrassing. It was on the monty Python night last Christmas when they were talking about what Eric Idle did after Python.
