I heard this second hand, but I did hear it coming from Neil's mouth (he was speaking with the person in front of me in the autograph line): Virgin wants to re-release all the Rutle material, but Warner is being a stick in the mud. So there maybe more Rutlemania this year or next.

I hope thats true sounds like a good idea wouldn't it be great to have all the songs from The Rutles album & Archeolgy together

I've never seen the second movie, so it would be good if they released the two as a set.

As much as I love the 1st movie(heck, I'm in a Rutles tribute band), I hated the 2nd. After hearing it was in the can and sitting on the shelf, after signing the petition to get it released, after finally getting a release date, after that date finally arrived......well, fooey. I expected a LOT more than a rehash of the 1st.

The second movie was a real disappointment. I didn't like the way trhey recreated names of events/concerts. It would have been nice to see the aging rutles take part in the movie. I thought the sexual inuendos were rather tasteless. It wasn't quite subtle like the first one.
I know a thing or two about inseams.
